Designed in the style of a winter garden and nestled beneath a majestic glass roof, the restaurant offers the perfect elegant setting for an intimate dining experience or a business meal. Verdure is the watchword. The garden-inspired decor is suffused with lush vegetation with living plant walls, exquisite fabrics in soft sea-green tones and an open-air winter garden. The theme continues onto the plate where the Chef Michele Fanciullo provides light, healthy and flavoursome seasonal cuisine.

The "French goûter" was created by Chef Jessica Prealpato, named "World's Best Pastry Chef" in 2019 by Wordl's 50 Best and "Pastry Chef of the Year" by the Gault & Millau guide the same year. She invented the ideal "goûter" for the 100th anniversary of the San Régis.
Ancient flours, unrefined sugars, plants, herbs and flowers with unknown notes characterize the Cheffe's approach to pastry-making. An ancestral vision of cuisine that values nature and its treasures with simplicity and common sense, without ever seeking to erase its rough edges.
"Le goûter du San Régis" : from Wednesday to Saturday from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.
Price per person: €65 - €85 accompanied by a glass of Champagne Laurent-Perrier cuvée Blanc de Blanc brut nature.

Every Sunday, the Chef offers his guests a fresh and gourmet stroll around the delicately revisited brunch classics, to be sprinkled with Champagne Grand Cru, organic cider or a herbal infusion. The sweets are by the pastry chef Hugo&Victor.
