To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the San Régis, the talented pastry chef Jessica Prealpato has created the ideal snack time experience. A moment that embodies the values of conviviality and heritage cherished by this family-run house, where childhood flavours, boldness and pleasure meet.

Crowned "Best Pastry Chef in the World" in 2019 by the World's 50 Best Restaurants ranking, and "Pastry Chef of the Year" by the Gault & Millau guide that same year, Jessica Prealpato delivers a unique experience to share.

Her philosophy? Enhance the raw beauty of ingredients through local and sustainable sourcing: ancient flours, unrefined sugars, plants, herbs and flowers with unknown notes. Her highly modern pastry approach is based on ancestral vision of cooking: one that celebrates nature and its treasures with simplicity and common sense to reveal their pure beauty. Less sweet, less predictable, but no less exhilarating, Jessica Prealpato’s creations offer a new light on the concept of the French goûter, true monument to childhood

In 2025, the San Régis Snack Time was named Best Afternoon Tea in the World by La Liste.

The Snack Time is a unique experience to share, enjoyed in six steps: after savoring the custom-made infusion and fresh fruits, the journey begins with the box of treats and surprising condiments, followed by the light choux, a tangy tart, the impactful plated dessert, and finally the regressive chocolate cake… Each bite is a surprise, each flavor a memory.

The Snack Time is served from Wednesday to Saturday from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Les Confidences restaurant.
Reservation is mandatory.

Price per person: €65 | €85 including a glass of Laurent-Perrier ultra brut nature Champagne.
