Jessica Prealpato, former pastry chef at the prestigious 3-star Plaza Athénée restaurant, has twice been crowned "World's Best Pastry Chef" by the "World's Best Pastry Chef" ranking.Best Pastry Chef in the World" by the 2019 World's 50 Best Restaurants ranking, and "Pastry Chef of the Year" by the Gault & Millau guide. With an innovative approach, she will introduce youngsters to taste education.
